I've spent over 20 years in design, working across UX, product design, and technology consulting. I started out designing educational courseware for Denver University and others, and online content for publishers like O'Reilly, which taught me the value of clear, accessible design. I earned a Master’s in Human-Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington, where I also guest lectured.
My work spans a wide range of projects, designing a scalable design system for Amazon AWS Marketing, creating clear and efficient designs for Amazon Books Print on Demand, a healthcare RFP project to provide service to a full state, and building a mobile app for Fair Worlds that was showcased at CES. I focus on making technology easier to use and more intuitive, bringing together research, strategy, and hands-on design.
